Alice I. Sullivan Foundation

Journeying the globe is our business, helping the world is our passion.
Giving back to the community and the world around us is an inherent quality of the Collette Vacations way. That is why we have established the Alice I. Sullivan Foundation. Created in 1997, this fund is named after the matriarch of the Collette family, Mrs. Alice I. Sullivan, who to this day evokes a sense of community and charity in all who know her.
We've been honored to share our good fortune over the years...locally and nationally. The Alice I. Sullivan Foundation donates over $300,000 a year to support worthwhile causes. By choosing Collette Vacations as your travel company, you help make these worthy contributions possible.
ALICE I. SULLIVAN (AIS) 2009 CHARITY OF THE YEAR
Collette Vacations is pleased to be working with McAuley Ministries as its AIS Charity of the Year. A $10,000 grant from the AIS Foundation has enabled Collette to sponsor a month’s worth of lunches – or 5,000 meals – at McAuley House through their Lunch on Us Program. As a participating organization, Collette will send volunteer employees to lend a hand with feeding lunch to the hungry and witness firsthand the difference they are making.
McAuley Ministries is an independent, non-profit organization sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and rooted in the ideals of their founder, Catherine McAuley. It provides the basic needs of food clothing, shelter, health services, emotional support and guidance to the most vulnerable in our community. Their core values are hospitality, compassion and dignity.
